My career journey began in hospitality and evolved through roles as a Purchasing Manager for golf courses, Property Manager, Personal Executive Assistant, and Events Coordinator. Now, as the proud owner of my Property Management company, I'm dedicated to serving Cabo's vibrant community, believing in the transformative power of teamwork, communication, and perseverance to realize dreams.

Flor brings over 20 years of experience in administration, executive assistance, and accounting to the Privee Los Cabos team. Originally from Mazatlán, she moved to Cabo in the early 2000s and quickly fell in love with Baja — its natural beauty, welcoming people, and quiet, intentional way of life.
She holds an MBA earned in 2011, and has spent her career supporting high-end clients and hospitality projects throughout the region. With a deep understanding of the unique needs of property owners in Los Cabos, Flor offers the kind of reliable, high-level administrative and accounting support that ensures clients enjoy true peace of mind when it comes to managing their properties.
Outside of work, Flor enjoys spending quality time with her family, indulging in spa treatments, and reading about personal development. She's passionate about achieving balance and wellness in all areas of life — a mindset that also informs her calm, thoughtful, and detail-oriented approach to client service.
